The Deal

When you buy one of our apps, you get a license to use that version forever on your personal devices. "Forever" means we won't take it away from you, break it with forced updates, or lock you out.

You're buying software, not renting it. Think of it like buying a book - you can read it as many times as you want.

What You Can Do

Use the app on any device you own or control. Install it on your phone, tablet, computer - as many as you need for personal use.

Keep using the version you purchased, even if we release new versions later. No forced upgrades, no expiration dates.

What You Can't Do

Don't redistribute, resell, or share the app with others. Don't reverse engineer it or use it for commercial purposes without our permission.

Basically, use it yourself, don't be a pirate, and we're good.

Updates & Support

You get free updates and bug fixes for your version. If we release a major new version (think 2.0), that might be a separate purchase - but you'll never be forced to upgrade.

We'll do our best to support you, but we're a small team. Email us and we'll help when we can.

Refunds

If something's broken or doesn't work as advertised, let us know within 30 days and we'll make it right - either with a fix or a refund.

Warranty & Liability

We build quality software and test it thoroughly. That said, software is complex and bugs happen. The app is provided "as is" - we'll fix issues we find, but we can't guarantee it'll be perfect.

We're not liable for data loss or other damages. Please back up your important stuff - always good practice regardless of what apps you use.

Changes to Terms

We might update these terms occasionally. If we do, we'll post the new version here. Your continued use of our apps means you accept the updated terms.
